Terms & Conditions
By availing the services of Alvena Global (“the Company”), the applicant (“the Applicant”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- Payment Terms. An advance of 50% of the net payable amount is required to initiate the process. The remaining 50% must be paid in full before the MoE letter is released to the applicant.
- Applicant Responsiveness. The applicant shall respond promptly to all communication from the Alvena Global team and remain reachable throughout the application process. Delays in response, documents or approvals are the applicant’s responsibility.
- Mentor Guidance. The applicant must strictly follow the instructions and guidance of the assigned mentor at every stage of the application process, including timelines, document formats and communication protocols.
- Accuracy of Information. The applicant is responsible for providing complete, accurate and genuine information and documents. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
- Cancellation due to Applicant’s Fault. If the application is cancelled, rejected or withdrawn due to any act, omission, delay, non-compliance or misconduct on the part of the applicant, Alvena Global shall not be liable or responsible in any manner for such outcome.
- Internship Assurance & Refund. If Alvena Global is unable to arrange an internship for the applicant, the refund amount communicated at the time of enrolment will be refunded to the applicant. This refund is the sole and complete remedy available to the applicant in such a case.
- Withdrawal & No Refund. Once the advance payment has been received and the process has commenced, no withdrawal request will be entertained, and no amount shall be refunded except as expressly provided in clause 6.
- Scope of Services. Alvena Global provides guidance, mentorship and coordination services. Final selection and acceptance rest solely with the host institution or organisation; Alvena Global does not guarantee admission, visa approval or any other third-party decision.
- Confidentiality. Personal information and documents shared by the applicant will be used solely for the purpose of the application process and will not be disclosed to any unrelated third party.
- Webinars & Knowledge Sessions. Fees paid for webinars and knowledge sessions are strictly non-refundable. See the Refund Policy below.
- Acceptance of Terms. Payment of the advance amount constitutes the applicant’s full acceptance of, and agreement to, these Terms & Conditions.
Refund Policy
No refund is available for webinars and knowledge sessions under any circumstances, including non-attendance, missed sessions or change of mind.

| Rejection, non-selection or visa decision by a host institution, organisation or authority | No refund beyond clause 6 of the Terms & Conditions. These are third-party decisions. |

- Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days of approval.
- The balance 50% must be paid before the MoE letter is released. Fees paid for services already delivered are not refundable.
- Refund eligibility is decided by Alvena Global in line with these terms.
Return Policy
Alvena Global provides consultancy, mentorship, coordination and online learning services. We do not sell physical goods, so there is nothing to return or exchange.
- Services, once availed, cannot be returned, transferred, exchanged or reassigned to another person.
- Webinar and knowledge session registrations cannot be returned, cancelled for credit or carried over to another session.
- Documents issued as part of the process (such as the MoE letter) cannot be returned once released.
- Any refund payable on failure to arrange an internship is governed solely by the Refund Policy above.
